Identification of Opportunity

    MFN evaluates the viability of the business plan and performs due diligence. Based upon the opportunity and our risk tolerance, we present the business with our offer for a potential investment. This includes our strategy vision that outlines implementation, responsibilities, and expectations. The terms of the deal begin to be negotiated.

MFN Funds the Business

     Fine print is reviewed, final terms are agreed upon, and business is funded by MFN Capital. Our typical investment is between $10,000 and $100,000 (however, through our other investment partners we have the ability to invest substantially more). This entire process typically takes two to six months, depending on the business.
